Several years ago I was introduced to Meditation to help me relax and release the pressure from the stresses of life. It became an amazing experience, which benefited me and I wanted to share it with others. Though meditation I discovered how powerful the mind really is and how it can heal so much which we take for granted.

Meditation can be healing, it may help to lessen pain.
Mindfulness meditation helps in aliment of the inner and outer body, it may help you to feel less anxious, reduce stress, rise self-esteem and confidence.
10 to 20 minutes of meditation morning or evening can help to clear your mind and focus better. You may of heard the saying 'Practice makes perfect', and in meditation the more you practice the better it may work.
I am a qualified Person-Centred Therapist with over 25 years experience.

I have previously worked with vulnerable adults who suffered homelessness, Substance misuse, Alcohol misuse, adults with Learning difficulties, and women who suffered Domestic Violence.
I also worked in Sheltered housing, Youth hostels and a Bail hostels.
I have worked as a Tutor for over 7 years. I have volunteered with the Citizen Advice Bureau and Victim Support.
My desire to learn and teach has never ended. Sharing my knowledge is so rewarding for me and so beneficial for others.
